Dealership Safety Information Goes Online with myKPAonline

Lafayette, CO ― KPA, the only national provider of environmental, health and safety (EHS) consulting services to the vehicle dealer and service markets, announced today a significant enhancement to its services with the launch of myKPAonline™.

Vane Clayton, CEO of KPA, positioned the announcement as “a strategic extension of KPA’s value to its clients. KPA safety inspection results, employee training, client accidents, and safety committee meetings have always been well documented; myKPAonline provides that same information online, always accessible throughout the client’s organization.

“Additionally,” continued Clayton, “myKPAonline provides an ‘executive dashboard’ that allows at-a-glance graphical indicators of our client’s EHS compliance and safety environment.”

Javier Molano, Service Director for Clark Knapp Honda of McAllen (Texas), was an early user of the online system. Features of myKPAonline include:

· A dashboard displaying separate graphical indicators for environmental, safety and regulatory ratings, and an overall compliance index
· Number of days since the last recorded accident
· Notes of each Safety Committee Meeting, including an issue log
· Text and photographic information associated with each issue
· Tracking of each issue through completion
· Accident log and associated information
· Training history with rosters of attendees
· An optional system-generated report emailed on a client-specified schedule
· Hosting on the KPA web site, so no client software installation is required
· Password protection for each client account

The new service is being provided without charge to KPA clients. MyKPAonline will be deployed at all client locations during the next regularly-scheduled on-site visit by their KPA engineer.
