Walled Lake, Michigan, July 3, 2008 – Herkules’ G202 Waterborne Paint Gun Washer automatically cleans spray gun equipment, with no need to purchase flocculant or filters, or spend time on a paint separating process.  The waterborne waste is hauled away after many wash cycles, similar to solvent paint waste.  VOC’s are still present in waterborne paint, so it is still important to dispose of properly.

Because The G202 is automatic the cleaning process is the same as it is for solvent based paint – place the equipment in the gun washer, turn the knob and walk away while it cleans.  An aggressive flow-through brush is handy in case there is a need to scrub any stubborn paint.  Through testing, we discovered that Waterborne Cleaning Solutions are most effective at cleaning waterborne painting equipment.
